Tourism Guide Services offers guided tours, travel information, booking assistance, and related tourism services in Panama. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and applicable regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone are subject to confirmation.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods indicated at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
You are responsible for verifying all details before finalizing a booking.
Customer cancellations: Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@tourismguideservices.com. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and notice provided before the scheduled date.
Company cancellations: If Tourism Guide Services cancels a tour or service for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative service of equal value.
Refunds are processed within 15 business days and may exclude transaction fees.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any service, itinerary, schedule, or price due to weather conditions, government regulations, force majeure events, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
Tourism Guide Services acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (such as transportation companies, hotels, and attractions).
We are not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or accidents caused by third parties.
Loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the use of third-party services.
Personal negligence or failure to comply with local laws and regulations by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance before their trip.
By booking a service, you agree to:
Follow the instructions of our guides and staff.
Respect local laws, cultural norms, and the environment.
Provide accurate personal and contact information.
Arrive on time at the designated meeting points.
Tourism Guide Services reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to others.
All content on our website and platforms—including text, logos, images, videos, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Tourism Guide Services or its content suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
